Sit with our Friends:
  • The East Bay Meditation Center was founded to provide a welcoming environment for people of color, members of the LGBTQI community, people with disabilities, and other underrepresented communities, and has been a pioneer and leader in offering meditation training and spiritual teachings from Buddhist and other wisdom traditions, with attention to social action, multiculturalism, and diverse populations. Check out their amazing calendar!

  • The Mediation Coalition's regular classes include a BIPOC & Allies class, a Women and Whiteness Class, and a People of Color Sangha.
